So this is my restaurant.  I would like to express tremendous appreciation to all the awesome employees and regulars who have made it possible to live my dream. Thanks to all of you first time visitors as well for giving us the opportunity to serve you at the Bungalow. We remind ourselves repeatedly about all the other food service options you have, and we hope to live up to your expectations at every visit. I personally thank you for choosing to patronize our one of a kind, non-corporate restaurant. I appreciate it. Our goal is to offer you a comfortable place to relax and take a breather from the "grind".
         I like to describe the Bungalow as a Classic Midwest Supper Club, where "nice" matters more than whether we serve you from the right side or the left. We talk about our cuisine as "Simple Food Done Well". Throughout my professional career as a chef, I've stuck to this mantra. On my menu you will find no "Culinary Wizardry". I'm not going to try to impress you with funky combinations and scary products you've never heard of. What we want to serve you, are foods you have always known, better than you remember them to be. We buy well, and take care of our food products by utilizing solid cooking techniques- keeping things fresh, good seasoning, and timely execution.    
         It is the most satisfying feeling to be able to look over the dining room or the bar and see so many of your faces again and again, because you have gotten to know us and you miss us if you've been gone awhile. Oh, and the food is pretty good. Anyway, thanks again to all of you we have gotten to know, thanks to the staffers who care about relationships, and to you newcomers.....Thanks for trying our Bungalow instead of one of those chain restaurants tonight!

Thanks Brent, Brandon, Ericka, and Kelly you guys are awesome and I appreciate all the times you have stepped up to keep things running smoothly, you all do a great job for the Bungalow.
